Ganoderma contains 21 types of amino acid, Germanium (bio-germanium), vitamin, adenosine, and polysaccharides. The germanium constitutes of about 23.6% to 26%. The sour taste is due to the polysaccharides in it. Due to the fact that its production process is affected by the climate, hence the production from batch to batch is sometimes of different color.
